We at ISM Foundation see it incredibly important to launch a help desk program to keep blind users in audio tech working with the least amount of down time.

Imagine being stuck for days because of a button your screen reader can’t see
or myriad other issues that can arise.
Now, you’re waiting for sighted assistance,
which could take up to two weeks to obtain from a friend
or some tech support agent who may or may not
have the expertise to help a blind user.

As a blind engineer that makes me feel sad and helpless. Now, you and I have the chance to change this grim reality through funding the help desk. The ISMF’s help desk is located on the Be My Eyes app in the special partners section.
